Open Question: S Lead? Help! Plz?

Hi, i have brought an S lead and the audio lead to connect my laptop to T.V....i have sound but no picture.

I also had to buy a box to plug in the lead from laptop to T.v like a small scart box, i have tried everyway and scart hole but still no picture!!! Grrrr
What am i doing wrong? Plz help me?
T.v is is a Phillips
Laptop is a Dell Inspiron 6400
