Open Question: anyone have a clue why my email is blank?

I'm using a friends computer now, because I can't get onto anything at yahoo that I have to sign into. Facebook I'm having the same problem I can use the site but if I try to log in it tells me that my firewall might be messed up, but i checked what it told me to and everything appears normal. This has been going on for 5 days now and I have had no luck. Can anyone help me PLEASE!!!!!!!!!! It would be greatly appreciated, I logged in fine from my friends computer so is it something just with MY system?? Anybody please tell me how to fix this? Have a dell Dimension 4550 with Windows Xp, and I use AVG as my security...

Open Question: How do I hook up Outlook at home to get/send from Yahoo mailboxes?

My husband and i have Yahoo mailboxes that we want to useon our Outlook - we have a Dell computer/Windows XP and we do not currently have anything hooked up to Outlook. Our carrier is Verizon Fios but we do not use their email at all - just yahoo. Please instruct me what to type in - I am not even sure if you are an http: or a POP, etc. so I have no idea if I am typing in right or not. We have the most current Yahoo on the computer. Thanks.
