Open Question: How do I create an outgoing port on Dell Axim x51v?

I have a dell inspiron 1150 laptop. I threw an extra 512mb ram in, making it 720mb. It was running good for a few months. I played warcraft 3 online on it a lot. After a while, warcraft 3 got slower and slower. I formated and reinstalled windows...warcraft..etc and same thing. Other apps seem to run fine, but they aren't as resource heavy as warcraft.

I tried playing single player warcraft and it seems to be slightly faster. I changed from wireless to ethernet and it didn't seem to help when playing online.

Do they just give out after a while? Or is it a hardware problem? I'm sure it's not spyware because I'm very careful about that kind of stuff, I scan often with multiple scanners and online scanners. Also, after the full format, still the same. Any ideas? I don't leave it on but I don't shut down, it goes into standby I guess. Is that bad? Or perhaps why?

Open Question: I finally decided to get a Dell labtop for College but I was wondering which product is the best?

I know that both of them have a good memory storage but which one is better when it comes to uploading programs into the labtop, light to travel, and having a long battery life?

- Dell Inspiron 1501
- Dell Inspiron E1405

Open Question: How do I create an outgoing port on Dell Axim x51v?

I need to create an outgoing communication port under my bluetooth settings, but when I click on COM ports tab, it only gives me the option of New Incoming Port. I tried updating many drivers, but to no avail.
