Low-Cost Dell PCs Debut in China (TechNewsWorld.com)

Dell, the world's second-biggest personal computer maker, started selling a cheap model in China to expand in a market where more than 90 percent of the population does not own PCs. The computer, powered by an Intel processor, will be sold for between $336, and $518, Dell said in a statement issued Wednesday in Shanghai.
